Overview of loan funding and payments

A loan facilitated through Foundry Hub has a few states 

• Pending 
• Active 
• Closed 

Pending 

A loan is in the pending state while

• Counterparties are agreeing on terms 
• Legal documents have not been signed, uploaded and reviewed in the Foundry Hub Data Room
• The loan has not been funded yet

Active

A loan is in the active state while it has been funded and is actively being repaid 

Closed

A loan is in the closed state when it has been fully repaid
